I’m Hajni Bazsó.
With over 20 years of experience, I help professionals use English clearly and confidently at work.
I don’t teach textbook English. I work with real roles and real situations so your skills come through when you speak.
As a non-native English speaker myself, I know why English feels hard and often illogical. I know where the rules break, why there are endless exceptions, and why speaking up in English at work can feel awkward. We were socialised very differently.
If English makes you freeze, the problem is not you. There is a solution.

In English-speaking meetings, group discussions, or social situations, everyone sounds fluent. No one hesitates.
In the presence of others, speaking can suddenly feel stressful. Even simple phrases are hard to find.

You want to show your very best, but the pressure is high, the outcome feels uncertain, and your stress level goes through the roof. You’re afraid of sounding clumsy, unprofessional, or vague.
You already have the level. You understand almost everything and you can form correct sentences, yet when it’s your turn to speak, you hesitate. Not because your English is bad, but because you don’t trust it.
You overthink your wording and worry about sounding childish, messy, or unpolished. Meanwhile others speak fast and confidently, even when their English is far from perfect. You assume they are better. They’re not. They’re simply less blocked.

How I help
I start by identifying where you are actually stuck. The first step is a precise assessment of your real English level, not only in terms of grammar and vocabulary, but in how you think, hesitate, and self-edit while speaking.
I look for the blockage and identify whether it is linguistic, psychological, professional, or a combination of all three. I also analyse your field, your role, and the situations in which you are expected to speak English. Meetings, interviews, presentations, and informal professional interactions all require different kinds of language control.
